Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                      
NO. 66(HES) An Act giving notice of and approving the entry into,              
and the issuance of certificates of participation in, a lease-purchase         
agreement for a centralized public health laboratory facility.                 
Senator Duncan objected.                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
allowed to withdraw his motion.  Without objection, it was so                  
ordered.
